Kutchinta

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar (half brown-half white)
3 teaspoons Liha
4 1/2 cups water

Procedure

Stir well and then sift through cheese cloth.
Bring water to boil.
Pour into molds or 2 rectangular pans about 1/2" depth.
Steam for 15 minutes.
Makes about 50 to 60 pieces.
