Puto

Ingredients
14 cups rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups coconut milk
2 cups grated coconut
2 teaspoons anise seeds
2 cups refined sugar
3 tablespoons baking powder

Procedure
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased muffin pan or 2 rectangular pan lined with banana leaves.
Steam for 30 minutes.
