Pad Thai Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup tamarind concentrate or make your own tamarind pulp
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup palm sugar

Procedure
Mix the tamarind pulp or concentrate, fish sauce, and palm sugar in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.  Set aside to cool.

*Make before you cook your pad thai.
